Questions
How do payments work?
A deposit (usually 50%, or 30/40/30 for bigger projects) books your spot; the balance is due before final files are delivered.
How many revisions do I get?
Most projects include two or three rounds. Each quote lists exactly what's included and the rate for extra rounds.
Who owns the rights?
You get a license for the use we agree on (personal, commercial, broadcast/sync). Exclusive buyouts are available and quoted separately.
Can you work to a deadline?
Yes. Tell me the date in the form. Deadlines shorter than the usual turnaround carry a rush fee.
Is my information private?
Yes. The form encrypts your details in your browser before anything is sent, so only I can read them. Nothing is shared or sold, and inquiries that don't become projects are deleted after two years.
